It was something pretty simple but I didn't know that. The key fobs just needed to be re programed. And the reason the hatch wouldn't open was because the end of a blanket was caught in it. But they got everything fixed quickly and have always been nice to deal with . I'm 75 and mess up a lot but they never make me feel lit an old lady
